How does pricing work?
Each service page shows a starting price in INR for its Starter package. The final cost depends on your scope, so after a short conversation we send a written quotation with the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. You agree to it before you pay anything, and any later change in scope is priced and agreed before it is billed.
How do I pay?
Once you agree to the quotation, we send you a secure Razorpay payment link. You can pay by card, UPI, net banking or the other methods Razorpay offers; we never see your card or UPI details. Unless the quotation says otherwise, 50% is paid in advance and the balance on delivery.
Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Yes, you can cancel at any time in writing. The advance is refunded for work not yet started, and duplicate or failed payments are always refunded in full, within 7 working days. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A landing page or a focused automation is usually a matter of weeks; a larger app or platform takes a few months. Your quotation includes a timeline with dates, and bigger projects are delivered in milestones so you see progress early.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with teams worldwide. We agree overlap hours and a regular update rhythm before work begins, and our working hours are Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 IST (UTC+5:30). Payment is through the same Razorpay link; the quotation states the currency.
How is the work delivered?
Digitally: review links, source code, design files, or your website or app live on the internet. Nothing is shipped. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Who owns the finished work?
You do, once the project is paid in full. We then hand over the code, files, access and documentation. The details are in our Terms of Service.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happily. We keep your business information confidential either way.
What should I send in my first message?
A few lines are enough: what you want to build, who it is for and anything you already have, such as a website, designs or a rough sketch. Use the Start a project form, and we reply within 1–2 business days.
