Questions
Do we need our own data to get started?
No. Many projects start with what you already have: your website, a few documents or a spreadsheet. We will tell you early if more data would make a real difference.
Will the AI make things up?
Any AI model can be wrong, so we design for it: answers come only from sources you approve, they can show where they came from, and the assistant hands over to a person when it isn’t sure. We test on real questions before launch.
Which languages can it handle?
Modern models work well in English, Tamil, Hindi, Japanese and many more. We test in the languages your customers actually use.
What does it cost to run each month?
Model providers charge by usage, usually a small amount per conversation or document. We estimate your monthly running cost before we build and design to keep it low.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code we write for you and your data are yours, and once the project is paid in full we hand over access and documentation (see our terms).
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes: CRMs, helpdesks, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business and most tools with an API. We check the details during discovery.
