Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hope Takumi provides software and design services. We sell no physical products, so nothing is shipped.

How work is delivered

All work is delivered digitally, depending on the project:

• Links to review designs, previews and finished work.
• Source code, through a code repository or a download.
• Design and project files, through a shared folder or a download.
• A hosted website or app, live at your address or published to the app stores.

When it is delivered

Delivery follows the timeline in your written quotation. Larger projects are delivered in agreed milestones, so you see the work as it grows.

Updates

We send progress updates and delivery notes by email or WhatsApp, at the rhythm agreed at the start of the project.

If delivery is delayed

If we expect a delay, we tell you as early as we can, with the reason and a new date. If you think a delivery is late or you have not received something, contact us using the details below and we will reply within 1 working day.
