Can you move our site to better hosting?
Yes. We plan the move, copy everything across, test it and switch over without downtime.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us straight away. We fix it, then send you a short note on what happened and how we will prevent it next time.
Do you keep backups?
Yes. Automatic daily backups, kept off-site, and we check that they can actually be restored.
Is SEO included?
Technical SEO and speed are part of every plan. Content and keyword work can be added.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start with a review of the code and hosting, then tell you plainly what needs fixing first.
Who has access to our servers?
You do, always. We work with only the access we need, and we hand everything back if you ever move on.
